Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
You must promptly update information to keep your account accurate.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your billing information. Access is granted upon successful payment.

We accept major debit/credit cards and supported digital wallets where available.
Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
If a charge fails, we may retry and suspend access until payment is resolved.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days. We will evaluate eligibility based on usage of downloadable content.

Refunds are not available after substantial course completion or download of restricted assets.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

License

Course content is for personal or organizational training. Redistribution is prohibited without permission.

You may access materials for the duration of your active plan or as specified on the purchase page.
No sublicensing, reselling, or public redistribution of materials is allowed.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CorePost Academy.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload harmful content or attempt to disrupt services. Respect intellectual property and community guidelines.

No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or automated misuse.
No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful conduct within community areas.
Use only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it for service operation.

Do not post content that infringes the rights of others.
We may remove content violating these terms or legal requirements.

Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our privacy practices. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we process.

Disclaimers

Services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePost Academy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
